6. Payment Terms

- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Applicable taxes will be added to the listed prices

6.3 Billing

7. Cancellation Policy

- Results obtained from services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the services will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAHO Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of
profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using
our services in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAHO Inc., its officers, directors, employees,
and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs,
expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
12. Export Restrictions
Our software and services may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree not to
export or re-export our software or services without the appropriate government approvals.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard
to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the
courts of Osaka, Japan.
14. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy,
which also governs your visit to our services and informs you of our data collection practices.
15. Promotional Terms
Any promotions, contests, or special offers are subject to additional terms and conditions that will
be clearly disclosed at the time of the promotion. Participation in such promotions constitutes
acceptance of those additional terms.
